Giving back

We all deserve to feel good mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Mental health is an essential part of overall wellness. This issue is dear to me because of my personal experiences. I have anxiety, which started from a very young age, as well as periods of depression and panic during my adult years. In life, we all have struggles. It’s a part of the human experience and no one is exempt from them.

Together, we can support those in need. Five percent of profits will be donated to the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI).

NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness by providing advocacy, education, support, and public awareness.

Find help & support

It can be hard to know where to start. The most important thing is that you take the first step towards getting help by reaching out for support.

The NAMI HelpLine is a free, nationwide service providing information, resource referrals and support to people living with a mental health condition, their family members and caregivers, mental health providers, and the public.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline connects you with a crisis center in the Lifeline network closest to your location. Your call will be answered by a trained crisis worker who will listen without judgment. They will work to ensure that you feel safe and help identify options and information about mental health services in your area. Your call is confidential and free.
